Return Policy


Items purchased from STYLO INC. marketplace are specially imported based on your order, returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. Exchanges, however, can be offered for apparel sizing issues. To set up an exchange, please send an e-mail to us at sales@pawn-inc.com, include your original order information and the size you'd like in your e-mail.

Please ensure that merchandise(s) is in original condition, original packing and with the original tags attached. All merchandise must be returned in original selling condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. A final inspection will be done to ensure that merchandise is in its original condition, followed by processing your returns or exchanges.

If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us at sales@pawn-inc.com with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!

*All exchanges and returns will exclude delivery charges.
*One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchange product will not be eligible for further exchange or return.

  • Customize your shirt by choosing a color and size you like. Once complete, an "ADD TO CART" button will appear. Click it to go to the cart.

  • Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your details.

  • Prices are in SGD dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the Singapore.

  • Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.
  • Shipping Info

  • With the exception of holiday handling time, all orders placed on our website are processed for shipping on the next business day regardless of the shipping option chosen. Orders placed after 9am on Friday will ship out the following Monday.

  • For all package delivery times, a 'business day' is considered any day Monday - Friday and does not include public holidays and weekends.
